Bea Bolsen grew up in Sopot Poland as a German citizen and moved to Hamburg Germany, where she graduated with a Juris Doctorate from the University of Hamburg. She is tri-lingual and speaks Polish, German and English. Bea is very organized, hard working, clean, detail oriented, structured and creative. Her customers love her outgoing personality and European style. Bea has the ability to imagine the remodeling and design of homes even in the early construction phase and help customers decorate and remodel homes and condos.
Stefan Bolsen originally grew up in Hamburg, Germany, where he graduated with a Juris Doctor and consequently worked in the German Judicial System as a Prosecutor, Civil Judge and Attorney at Law. He started his real estate career in 2001 and used to work as the Head of Real Estate of Engel & Voelkers Florida, owned and operated Real Estate Boutique Offices in Naples and Marco Island; was the Managing Broker of Coldwell Banker Marco Island; and trained real estate agents to become successful. Stefan Bolsen gained the reputation to be known as one of the most knowledgable Real Estate Brokers in the Naples and Marco Island area. He loves to help people making the right lifestyle and investment decisions.
Bea & Stefan Bolsen are full time resident of Naples and Marco Island since 2001 and know the best areas for every lifestyle.
